New/Maybelline Fitme-shine free foundation

This is the new Fit me foundation,and it is in a cream stick form with the anti-shine core.This is suppose to blend to a matte finish,and the anti-shine core absorbs excess oil. I was interested in this because I do have oily skin,and therefore need matte finish/shine-free. I have worn this for about a week. This foundation does not go on my skin smoothly,and is hard to blend(for me). Once the product is thoroughly blended out,it does leave a nice natural matte finish,and feels nice on.This is a light/med coverage,and does not cover redness/acne however it can be built up a little. I don't feel like this actually absorbed my oil,but seemed to hold up pretty good with powder.

Pros: nice natural matte finish,feels good on skin,holds up throughout the day 

Cons: will not blend easily,will not cover redness/acne/not enough coverage,will need to set with powder

In conclusion....this foundation would be best(in my opinion) for someone with combo/even tone,and even texture skin. If that is your skin type it will look great on you! :) For me though I have oily/red/acne(most of the time) skin,and this did not really work for me...at least not on a bad day! :)

I will probably try using this as an undereye concealer.
